Logo

The new logo of the chair has been chosen in a contest in summer 2003. Many different ideas and concepts have been proposed, the idea and logo of Veronika Thurner has finally been selected.

The logo is showing on main focus of the chair, software development processes. The triangle in the background is showing an increased value reached by the use of a clearly defined development process. The circle in front is a symbol for a development process, showing an iterative development process.
